Delivery:
Generally, we will use the EMS Express Serviece to deliver the goods to you, this is a safe way that your order is guaranteed, we’ll send you the tracking number once send out your order. Specifically, we will choose airway mail as secondary delivery method, anyway, with which method of delivering the goods to you are fully up to us, we will notify you the shipping method before sending you the order. The cost rate usually is $12/kg. So you can count how much the goods you buy will cost on delivery. Most cases, you can select your prefered express service company, and we will quote you the cost for the specified company.
Once your order has been despatched, EMS deliveries usually arrive within 5 working days but please allow 7-10 working days.
Please always give us your detailed address when you place the order with us, as this is the most important when deliver the goods to you most accurately.
Cancelations/Returns of Goods
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your order within seven days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods).To cancel your order before delivery, you must first check your order status by contacting us.
If your order has not reached the delivery process, a customer service operator will be able to cancel your order. Please email us with your order number.You are responsible for returning the items in a re-saleable condition to us and we are not responsible for any cost invovled in doing so.
The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.Refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.
We are unable to accept returns to be used, due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.
